This shop sells limited edition pieces by artist - jeweller Dina González Mascaró.
All work on this site is by DinaGM, handmade in her studio in Vancouver Canada.

We send our pieces by express post (signature required). Items ship within 7 business days after order. Allow for 3 days for delivery in Canada and 3 - 5 days in the US (delays due to customs are uncommon, but may occur and are beyond our control). Any and all Customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

All sales are final.
Exchanges for items of equal or lesser value may be accepted due to incorrect sizing or (hasn't happened yet - a defect in the piece) if we are notified within 3 days of receipt of item and if item is returned in original condition. All subsequent shipping costs to be paid by the purchaser returning the item for exchange.

Return Policy: Dina González Mascaró [DGM] art-jewellery pieces are made by hand with great care. The artist works on each piece herself and fusses over each item prior to shipping to ensure it is free from defects. Admirers of DGM art-jewellery appreciate the individual attention, variation in finish and texture that DGM gives to each piece. DGM does not accept returns. All items purchased through this online shop are Final Sale.

If you do receive a defective piece, or if the sizing is wrong, please notify us within 3 days of it's arrival and we will exchange your purchase.

DGM's work explores the material (bronze, silver, gold) in its texture, surface and finish variations. The photos on this website display the colours and finishes of our products. Each piece is handmade and may vary from the images displayed. Further, computer monitors vary, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour or finish will be completely accurate.

DGM does not accept returns for changes to the finish of a piece.

For Exchanges: Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of [DGM].
Shipping Damage: Any shipping damage must be reported by purchaser to deliverer upon delivery when signing for the package. Shipping damage must be reported to DGM within 24 hours by email to inquire@dinagm.com. Subject line to read "Shipping Damage". Proof of damage is the responsibility of the purchaser. Photos must be sent to inquire@dinagm.com within 72 hours showing damage to packing exterior and to contents for proof of damage by shipping company.
